Led, as Lead Consultant, a comprehensive review of the policy, legal and regulatory environment (over 120 laws/policies) covering the entire value chain of the affordable housing sector in Kenya — the institutional framework, land acquisition/assembly, physical planning, construction & maintenance, environmental issues, financing and offtake and related judicial authorities. Culminated in the report 'Legal, Policy and Institutional Review of the Affordable Housing Sector in Kenya', presented at the Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC) Affordable Housing Conference in November 2022.
