SACCOs as International Remittance Providers in Kenya

Provided regulatory advice/support to SASRA in a research project inquiring into the legal prerequisites and legislative changes necessary to enable SACCOs to serve as direct remittance providers. Involved desk review analysis and extensive surveys and interviews among stakeholders (SACCOs, SASRA, Central Bank of Kenya and Financial Reporting Centre), resulting in the report 'The role of SACCOs as international remittance providers in Kenya'.
