Technical Resource Person, Presidential Tribunal on Judge Mohammed Noor Kullow

Provided support as a Technical Resource Person to the Presidential Tribunal to Inquire into the Conduct of Hon Justice Mohammed Noor Kullow, Judge of the Environment and Land Court. The Final Report cleared the Honourable Judge and recommended the lifting of his suspension, and was presented to His Excellency the President of Kenya in February 2025.
